Return & Exchange Policy

At Neelam Fabrics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We gladly accept any unused, unwashed, and unworn product with original tags and packaging within 7 days of purchase for exchange or refund.

Please return the product along with a copy of the invoice and clearly mention the reason for return or exchange.

Customers are required to send the returned items through a traceable delivery service such as courier or registered post at their own expense to our return address.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Shipping charges and applicable government taxes on COD orders will be deducted from the refund amount according to the actual weight of the parcel. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned products.
